  • 1.  Custody and Parenting Time Evaluation for Austic Child

    Case involves an autistic spectrum eleven year old child. I am looking to see if anyone could recommend someone that either specializes or has a focus with special needs children.  I am hopeful that the parties can formulate a plan, but if not, I want to make sure (as I am sure does my adversary if she is on the list and reading this post) that we have a professional experienced with dealing with autistic children. The child is on the spectrum I do not know how severe he is at this point, but it is a high conflict case so I would be concerned if the evaluator was not experienced with autistic children. The parties live in Union County so either Union or immediately surrounding would be best.  I have a few ideas but want to get some recommendations to consider as well.
