Hello Colleagues:
Does anyone know of a matrimonial attorney in Cuba I can refer a potential client to or generally the requirements to obtain a divorce in Cuba. The parties were married in Cuba - husband never emigrated to U.S. and wife (U.S. citizen) was told only way to get divorced is to physically appear at proceedings in Cuba.
