    Can the ODD be included in the CSG worksheet IF the party seeking to include it doesn't know the income of the other parent in the serial/alternate family?

    ANYTHING may be included; it just isn't accurate.  :=)

    You can guessimate, and say in a footnote that you will require brief discovery to pinpoint the figure.

    Do a calculation with imputed/guesstimate income, e.g., imputed minimum wage ($330/wk) and the zero for the other parent of the alternate family.  It may not have much of an impact.
