Happy August. It is hard to imagine that we are in the final throes of summer.
One sign that fall is nearly here is news of the omnibus rule amendment order. You can find it
here. The changes go into effect Sept. 1.
The NJSBA each year evaluates and provides comments on the rules proposals. Those comments, which are a direct result of feedback from sections and committees, is an important aspect of our advocacy program.
