Contested Adoption Discovery

    I have an adoption that has become contested (grandfather is attempting to adopt grandchildren, biological mother has resurfaced and contested the adoption complaint).  Would anybody be willing to share Interrogatories and/or Notices to Produce that would be appropriate for a contested adoption?  I'd greatly appreciate it.
