    On the publication of their case concerning the sealing of name change records for a transgender client. I hope this means that no trial judge will EVER deny the sealing of a record on ANY matter in which a transgender client may be at risk if a court record is public.  Well done!

    The case is available in today's NJSBA Daily Briefing.
