Perhaps you can obtain an order converting it into a child support payment. So, if the obligor's annual college share is $5,200, obtain an order increasing the child support obligation by $100 weekly. Then it may be collected through probation via wage garnishment.

Subject: college contribution garnished
Has anyone had any success in having non-custodial parent's obligation to pay for college garnished? Above-the-law non-custodial parent has not complied with previous court orders to pay his share.
