Collecting a family court judgment

  • 1.  Collecting a family court judgment

I have a client who received a money judgment for child support arrears from the family part judge. Can I submit a writ of execution, or do I need to get the judgment docketed in the civil part? I've collected judgments before, but never from a family part order, so I'm not sure what the procedure is. Thank you.
