  • 1.  Collaborative Law Question

    Posted 11-05-2017 02:12 PM

A close family friend (not a client) is looking for a collaborative divorce mental health neutral who would work with him and his wife on their divorce from a Christian perspective.  I don't practice collaborative divorce, so I am not even sure if this is a thing that might exist.  Any referrals would be most gratefully appreciated.

    Krista,

If you google collaborative divorce, there are several groups that practice in New Jersey.

By searching the International Association of Collaborative Professionals  - www.collaborativepractice.com – you can find collaborative professionals in every state.

In New Jersey try the Council for Collaborative Practice Groups, which has websites for the various NJ Groups organized by areas of the state – www.CollaborateNJ.org

If you would like to discuss this further, please don't hesitate to contact me.
