  • 1.  closing during divorce

    I represent a wife in a very friendly divorce, the husband is pro se. They agreed before she hired me to sell the house and split the proceeds 50/50. They listed with a broker and found a buyer. She's asked me to do the closing.  We are just waiting for a court date to put the MSA on the record.
