We used Amicus Attorney a few years ago, but I wasn't a fan. There were some glitches and it was slow. I don't know if they fixed these problems, since\ we haven't used their software in several years now.
We now use Microsoft Dynamics CRM, but it's not very good either. It's too cumbersome and has way too many options (since it is a generic CRM and not formatted for law firms).
