Is there a case that allows for child support to be paid directly to an unemancipated child?

    Thanks in advance,

Check Ocean County=- unpublished decision? By Judge Jones, I think.

In a recent unpublished decision, the Honorable Larry R. Jones, J.S.C, advanced the Jacoby concept by recognizing that in certain circumstances it may be logical, reasonable and fair to permit a non-custodial parent to pay some of his or her weekly child support obligation directly to a college-age child.  See  Kayahan v. Kayahan, Superior Court of New Jersey, unpublished,  Docket No. FM-15-823-06, December 28, 2015.
