Does anyone know the formula that Probation uses to calculate the weekly arrears payback amount on child support accounts?

Before a CSHO today, sounded like the "formula" was $10/wk for arrears under $5k, $5k-$9k, $20/wk and going up from there...

I believe they usually set arrears repay at 10% of the total arrearage.
