Does anyone have an application for a charging lien, or attorney's lien, which you would be willing to share?  I have a long outstanding bill with a client who has funds in my trust account.  My email address is below if you choose.  Thank you in advance.

    Mark

Is the divorce action pending? If not, then you cannot get a charging lien.

You have to issue to your client (or former client) privilegea Notice of Right to Fee Arbitration, no matter what process you commence.

You should be able to get a judgment and then execute on the client's proceeds in your trust account.
