I'm attempting to file a petition for relocation of a minor child in Chester County, PA. One of the documents required to be submitted is a certificate of readiness. The form is given by C.C.R.C.P. 1915.4.A, but the form has two lines for attorney signatures. Does anyone know if I am supposed to get opposing counsel's signature on this document before I submit it? Thanks.
