  • 1.  Case Law On Wife Changing Locks

    Listmates, 

    I have a case where I represent the wife, and her soon to be ex plans on moving out very soon.  Wife's name is solely on the home, and she wants to change the locks after his departure.  I know there is a case regarding this issue but I just can't remember its name.    If anyone out there knows the name of the case, it would be greatly appreciated. TIA
