Is there a rule or other common practice that when you file a divorce complaint with a property settlement agreement a case information can be waived.

In those situations, I include a certification in my complaints as follows:

I certify pursuant to R. 5:5-2(b), that all financial issues have been resolved by way of Marital Settlement Agreement and thus a Case Information Statement is not required.
