    Dear all,

    The New Jersey State Bar Association is partnering with Assemblywoman Annette Quijano and several other organizations for a Law Day to help constituents with legal guidance in a number of areas of the law. Please consider volunteering your time by registering here. Please forward this to anyone interested. The details are below:  

    Date: Wednesday, June 17, 2026                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Location: Union College of Union County- Elizabeth Campus                                                                                                                                                                          Kellogg Building, 5th Floor                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  40 West Jersey Street                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Elizabeth, NJ 07202

    Event Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

    We're seeking help in the following areas of the law:

    • Employment Law
    • Workers' Compensation
    • Personal Injury
    • Guardianship
    • Criminal Defense
    • Expungements
    • Municipal Court
    • Social Security
    • Bankruptcy Law
    • Wills
    • Domestic Violence & Restraining Orders
    • Immigration Law
    • Landlord & Tenant

    A large population of the residents are Creole and Spanish-speaking, so bilingual attorneys are especially needed. However, interpreters will be available if necessary.
