Hi, Everyone! Hope you all are doing well and staying safe. I have a client who received horrible advice on his IRA from an alleged financial planner/stock broker. They company is trying to get him to take a fraction of his investment and, of course, if he takes the money, he has to sign a waiver of all claims. I have no idea if he has any claims against the broker or the company but would like him to at least discuss it with an attorney who practices in this area before he signs anything. If any of you know of someone to whom I could refer him, I would greatly appreciate it.
