  • 1.  Bond to secure return of child from International travel with parent

    Are any of you aware of a company/institution that will provide such a bond? I have been unsuccessful in locating one. Thanks. Ron

    The closest I've seen is a requirement that funds be posted with opposing counsel and held in trust, to be released upon the return of the child to the custodial parent (or NCP if not returned). I've never heard of a company that will post a bond.
