Jennifer, Not sure of the question. Could you clarify? Most of these issues are covered by the Parentage Act in respect to when a birth father can seek to amend a birth certificate as of right (within 120 days of the birth of a child) - placing the burden on the mother to challenge -- or thereafter by the filing of a paternity action by the putative father in an FD action.
