Hello Family Law Section members,
NJICLE and the Senior Lawyers Committee are presenting Beyond the Family Part I: What Family Lawyers Need to Know about 9 Allied Subject Areas on Saturday, Oct. 22 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the New Jersey Law Center.
Beyond the Family Part I and II provide an overview of allied subject areas that family lawyers must know. There are many issues that could accompany a family law matter: immigration status, tax implications, municipal court, bankruptcy, real estate and estate law, life insurance, income taxes, disability/social security and elder law.
