Hi all, I have a post-judgment matter where 13 year old girl, has refused to return to father's home, who has 50/50 shared residential custody, since July 2021. The case is in Passaic County but parties now live in Sussex County. The matter has been backlogged for months. I need recommendations for Custody Evaluator, for a Best Interest Evaluation who has experience with refuse/resist matters and possible issues of parental alienation on mother's part.
