  • 1.  Best Interest Analysis

    Listmates,

    I represent an individual who is suffering from alcoholism (presently clean and sober 10+ months).  Other mental health issues are also alleged.   The Court (Essex County) has directed counsel to agree upon a professional to conduct a Best Interests Analysis, which will include a substance abuse component.  

    Looking for recommendations.   Thanks.

    Need a good best interest evaluator in Union County who can do the needful with a quick turnaround, I have used a few but wanted to know if any suggestions here, that would be helpful
