i thought I saw a case in the last year that said you didn't necessarily need to apply for relief from the automatic stay in bankruptcy?  Was I imagining it?  Assuming that was only pre-judgment matter, in a post judgment matter where the motion was filed before the bankruptcy was filed would you now need to file from relief from the automatic stay if the are support related obligations -  non dischargeable in bankruptcy?
