    Hello Family Law Committee members,

    On Thursday, June 1, NJICLE and the NJSBA Senior Lawyers Committee are presenting Autism Across the Life Span: Legal Issues From Diagnosis to Adult Services from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the New Jersey Law Center.

    Given the increased incidence and alarming rate of autism in New Jersey, more and more attorneys are encountering issues arising from it. There are numerous legal issues surrounding planning, services and supports. With more and more children with autism entering adulthood, there is also a new found interest in accessing adult services.

    At this timely seminar, you will gain a working knowledge of some of the more pressing legal considerations posed by autism, and how you, as an attorney, can assist individuals with autism and their families.
