Hi, Everyone! The Family Law Section is probably not where I should be posing this question but perhaps you have connections.
A friend of mine in the Passaic, Bergen area is interested in starting up a small internet provider business for a particular clientele. I know nothing about this topic but just know that he needs a good attorney to guide him through the process and a good accountant to see how his business should be formed.
If anyone of you have any names or recommendations, I would greatly appreciate it. He is very young and I don't think he knows what he might be getting into so the first place I want to send him is to a knowledgeable attorney. Thank you very much.
