VERES & RIORDAN, LLC is seeking an Associate Attorney. The successful candidate will have 5-8 years experience in family law, excellent research and writing skills, client contact experience, and time management capabilities.
Primary tasks will be meeting case management deadlines, conducting discovery, preparing and responding to motions, post-judgment division of assets, and trial preparation. Must have experience with oral argument at motions, Early Settlement Panel, domestic violence proceedings, settlement negotiations, and uncontested hearings. Trial or plenary hearing experience is a plus.
The firm handles divorce and other family law matters and appeals across Northern and Central New Jersey. Portable business a plus. Salary and benefits negotiable.
