    <x-tab>        </x-tab>1) Ex Wife inherited some funds, and has a $700,000+ hour that client assumed would be sold when last child left the nest - this occurred over five years ago now. Due to the amount of support she receives, she must have paid off the mortgage and accumulated assets. Before filing a motion, we would like to get a better picture of what assets exist for purposes imputation of income to better judge the odds of success - I've never used an "asset search" company before who can look into all publicly available information. Does anyone have a referral?

    <x-tab>        </x-tab>2) Client is 67 1/2, MD, but is still employed, earning roughly $350,000. He's been paying alimony for 23 years on a 12 year marriage and is hoping to end the gravy train for the ex. Is anyone aware of any case law (published or otherwise) that addresses the effect of the new alimony statute under this scenario?
