    Greetings-
I write to inquire if anyone would be willing to discuss strategies taken to stop a party from wiping out various marital retirement accounts.

If you would be willing to discuss your experience, I would greatly appreciate it.

Feel free to reach out to me off-list by phone or email.

    Thanks-  Keith

    Keith,

If you have the facts dead to rights, then file an OTSC with request for temporary restraints.

Additional dissipation "on your watch" is not a good thing.

Judges will entertain applications like these.

Caution:  If the amounts in question are small, then ignore above suggestion.  The risks are small, could be made up in other e.d., and the urgency level may not satisfy Crowe, IMO.
