Hi, Everyone! I was contacted by a woman who has post-judgment issues (parental alienation by her ex-husband and failure to pay alimony and child support) on a case venued in Camden County. She also needs an assertive real estate attorney and an estate/trust attorney, as well. She needs someone who is not "connected" politically (and I say this with no offense but her parents are very "connected" to Camden County Democratic politics and they have sided with her ex-spouse). She needs someone who is not afraid to go up against the "political machine." We may try to ignore it, but it exists, nonetheless. We can only hope that this type of politics is short lived in our great state. She is a very nice woman who has gotten the short end of the stick and needs assertive and aggressive representation. If there is anyone out there who fits the bill, I would like to hear from him or her. I believe that my speaking first to anyone brave enough to take on this case would be helpful in narrowing the issues. Thank you all and have a nice weekend.
