Hi all,
I have a case with huge Sheridan issues (small cash business, virtually no income on tax returns but a middle-class lifestyle). Despite the huge issues, the incomes are such that they they are living week-to-week. Given the lack of assets, my adversary and I agree that we need to be as efficient as possible in presenting the issues to keep costs in check. Any recommendations for arbitration in the Mercer/Burlington areas?
