    Hello Family Law Section members,

NJICLE is presenting two seminars in early December of interest to family law attorneys.

On Saturday, Dec. 2, Arbitrating Family Law Cases: A Comprehensive Roadmap for Success will be held at Embassy Suites by Hilton Parsippany from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

On Monday, Dec. 4, Advanced Family Mediation Training will be held at the New Jersey Law Center from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Arbitrating Family Law Cases: A Comprehensive Roadmap for Success
Long used in labor and employment cases, the New Jersey Supreme Court has given arbitration in family matters a strong endorsement, issuing new rules and procedures in 2015 for family arbitration. Those changes were the result of the recommendations of the Court's Ad Hoc Committee on Family Law Arbitration. All of the seminar presenters, including Judge Bonnie J. Mizdol, were on the committee, and they will highlight the importance of the current rules and discuss why you should encourage clients to consider using arbitration.
