Hi All, I am seeking an Appraiser in or around Barrington NY, which is south of Rochester NY, and by Pen Yan, NY, for appraisals of 2 Lots that have leases for mineral/natural gas rights. The Leases are independent of the Lots, so I need the Leases valued as well for highest and best use value, as I am advised that the Leases will increase substantially in value when the moratorium on fracking is lifted in NY.
