    Has anyone used Professional Appraisal Associates in Summit NJ. If so, can you give me feedback. Appraisal is to value single family home for buyout of marital residence in Union County.

    Unfortunately they are three to four weeks out, are there any other recommendations in Union County area, would be appreciated.
