I have not had one of these in well over 20 years.
Could someone send me forms for an application to the court for an order for publication and dispensing with special substituted service?
Client has been in NJ since 2010. Husband remained in foreign country and has never come here. I filed a divorce complaint in Sept. 2015. We attempted to have service effectuated through an international process serve company at the only address my client has for her husband. The process was returned not served despite the fact that my client is sure the husband lives at the supplied address.
