Alimony payable to special needs trust

  • 1.  Alimony payable to special needs trust

    Does anyone know if probation will be able to garnish wages for alimony and make them payable to a trust, not an individual? My client has a special needs trust that alimony is getting paid into, and we'd like to have it done automatically through probation if possible.
