  • 1.  Alimony modification

    Client has been paying $800 per week in permanent durable alimony since 2017 after 35 year marriage and wants modification since he has been laid off. He has $150,000 in savings from sale of marital home that he does not want to touch. Will this be in jeopardy if I file a modification on his behalf?
