    If you find anything more can you let me know?  I have a 23 year separation with wife leaving in 1998 for his brother.....now wants half the house and pension.

    I was the attorney in Milkarsky. I have attached my brief. In this case we conceded that the pension should only be divided as of them separation date, not the date of divorce since it would have been difficult to argue that the wife contributed to the pension post separation.
