    Hello Family Law Section members,

    On Wednesday, Dec. 19, NJICLE in cooperation with the Dispute Resolution Section, Senior Lawyers Special Committee and Justice Garibaldi ADR Inn of Court will present Advanced Civil Mediation Training from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the New Jersey Law Center.

    Go beyond the basics to enhance your skills as a mediator. This seminar fulfills the annual advanced civil mediation training requirement for civil mediators required by the Supreme Court of New Jersey for persons who had previously received civil mediation training as provided in R. 1:40-12(b)(2).

    The ability to manage conflict is a fundamental part of every successful practice. Many attorneys and other professionals have acquired a foundation in mediation skills through personal experience or by completing a basic training course.

    NJICLE's ADVANCED CIVIL MEDIATION TRAINING COURSE will take you beyond the basics, and enhance your ability to mediate more complex disputes.

    Attorneys and other professionals involved in commercial litigation, environmental disputes, professional malpractice, consumer fraud, insurance matters, construction, products liability, labor and employment, matrimonial issues.

    CLE Credits:
    NJ CLE information: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.5 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.2 qualify as hours of credit towards ethics/professionalism and 4.5 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in civil trial law.
    NJ CLE: This program has been approved for 4.5 credits (50 minute hour), including 1.2 ethics/professionalism credits
    PA CLE: 2.5 substantive and 1.0 ethics credits pending ($16 fee – separate check payable to NJICLE must be submitted at the end of the program)
    NY CLE (t&nt): 3.5 professional practice and 1.0 ethics credits
    NJAPM: 3.75 credits
    Trial Attorney Certification: 4.5 civil trial credits pending

    The tuition for NJSBA members is $168. The general tuition is $210. The tuition at the door is $230.
