I'm scheduled for my first adoption hearing on Friday (YAY!). All the paperwork is complete. The stepfather is adopting his stepchildren with the express consent of the bio dad.
Would anyone be willing to share a sample colloquy or walk me through what I'll be expected to question my client about?
