Hello Family Law Section members,
On
Friday, Oct. 20, NJICLE in cooperation with the Family Law Section and Senior Lawyers Committee will present
Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Law in New Jersey: 2017 at the
Wilshire Grand in West Orange from 9 a.m. to 12:35 p.m.
This program is for attorneys currently practicing adoption and ART law or seeking to gain knowledge of these highly focused practice areas. Complex medical and social issues, combined with statutory, regulatory and case law make these practices areas complex. When the legal status of a child and a family are involved, attorneys must be familiar with all aspects of the practice.
At our program, some of New Jersey's leading family formation attorneys will discuss developments in the law and landscape for building families through adoption and assisted/third party reproduction.
