Brian C. Vertz deploys his more than 25 years of experience in a full range of difficult and complex family law cases. As a partner of Pollock Begg Komar Glasser & Vertz LLC, Brian is effective in resolving family law issues through skilled negotation and drafting of settlement agreements, powerful courtroom skills, and persuasive advocacy in the appeals court.With an MBA degree and business valuation training in his background, Brian concentrates on divorce financial analysis, using his knowledge to benefit clients in cases involving closely-held businesses, professional practices, executive compensation, and matrimonial tax issues. He is trained in mediation and arbitration to resolve disputes out of court, and he is creative and tenacious in pursuing favorable settlements.

Ashley M. Majorsky is a candidate for Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in April 2018. She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Carlow University in 2011 and worked for the forensic accounting firm of Brabender Mascetta Pattison for four years before entering law school. She is a law clerk for Pollock Begg Komar Glasser & Vertz LLC, where she engages her accounting skills to prepare net income calculations and marital asset inventories. Ashley is a Certified Valuation Analyst, conferred by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).

Mr. Sziklay is the partner-in-charge of the Forensic Accounting, Litigation Support and Valuation Services practice of Friedman, LLP, a certified public accounting and advisory firm, with offices located throughout New Jersey, New York City, Long Island, Philadelphia and Beijing, PRC. His primary practice emphasis is in the areas of forensic accounting, business and intangible asset valuation, mergers and acquisitions ("M&A"), and litigation support related to business disputes, economic damages, disputes involving securities and derivatives, matrimonial dissolution, and civil and criminal tax fraud, bankruptcy, insolvency and reorganization, income, gift and estate taxation of closely-held businesses and their principal owners, and estate and trust administration.
