    Hello Family Law Section members,

    On Saturday, Dec. 21, NJICLE will present A Day on Family Law from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the New Jersey Law Center.

    Learn all the substantive and procedural aspects of family law you need to know to launch or maintain a viable family law practice. Moderated by Mark Gruber, one New Jersey’s most respected family lawyers, this essential program will provide you with a thorough review of family law and practice procedures, as well as a solid foundation for counseling clients on matrimonial matters.

    CLE Credits:
    NJ CLE information: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 6.7 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 6.7 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in matrimonial law.
    NJ CLE: This program has been approved for 6.7 credits (50 minute hour)
    Matrimonial Law Certification: 6.7 general credits pending
    PA CLE: 5.5 substantive credits pending ($24 fee – separate check payable to NJICLE must be submitted at the end of the program)
    NY CLE (t&nt): 6.5 professional practice credits

    The tuition for NJSBA members is $188. The general tuition is $235. Tuition onsite is $275.
