  • 1.  $50 fee for attorney filing a Notice of Appearance -is this right?

    I was just informed that I need to send in $50 to enter my appearance as counsel in a FD matter. Anyone have any information on this fee? Is it correct?

    Janey,

    That is correct.  I have tried to attach the Notice to Bar regarding the fees here to this email.  In case it didn't work, try this link: http://www.judiciary.state.nj.us/notices/index14.html#december and select the Notice by the date 12/23/14 re: Filing Fees.
