  • 1.  3rd party complaint

     I represent W. H "sold" his business to a 3rd party after the case was filed. I just got a copy of the sales contract. I know I have to add this person/company but would welcome any suggestions. Also, does anyone have a sample complaint available? Thanks.

    It's a fraudulent transfer count. Go to the FT statute for elements and go from there. Also conversion and breach of fiduciary duty. Cheers!
