Good afternoon Family Law Section members,

On Monday, Feb. 20, NJICLE will present the 2023 Women's Leadership Conference, in-person and webcast, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the New Jersey Law Center and online.

Join exceptional women for a program that will motivate and inspire all attorneys.
On President’s Day, it is only fitting to come together for a study in what it means to be a leader and how attorneys can obtain those skills to serve themselves, their clients, their practice and their communities.

This year’s Women’s Leadership Conference brings together an Olympic Gold Medalist, noted jurists and groundbreaking thought leaders for a day of insightful conversations, inspirational stories and motivating guidance from women who have reached the pinnacle of their careers.

NJSBA President Jeralyn Lawrence will kick off the conference with “The Women in Charge – A Round Table Discussion with Some of New Jersey’s Thought Leaders.” That impressive panel features Olympic Gold Medalist Christie Pearce Rampone, Supreme Court Justices, noted jurists and esteemed attorneys and educators. Following that, Jeralyn will have a conversation with the inspirational U. S. District Court Judge Esther Salas.

Enjoy a networking lunch with your friends and colleagues, and then cap off the day with an interactive session with a constellation of incredible lawyers who successfully smashed the glass ceiling.
