Here are just a few of this year’s presentations:
• We proudly present two special segments on law firm financial management by CPA and MBA Joe Novello who developed them at the request of his clients. Mr. Novello will use his wealth of knowledge and experience to provide insight into its financial management of solo and small firms to help you become more profitable, more efficient and to help you reach your financial goals.
• You hear so much about cybersecurity and data privacy, but what are some uncomplicated and practical steps you can take to safeguard your firm or what action should you take when a data breach happens? Renowned technology attorney Rebecca Rakoski and respected insurance professional Greg Cooke will provide you with step by step, straightforward information that will help you keep your data safe so you can sleep better.
• We get caught up in the moment but, if the last few years taught us anything, it’s to plan for both the expected and unexpected. Join experts as they discuss succession planning – how to sell your firm, close your firm or just transition away from private practice. Even if you are just starting out, this segment will help you plan for the future so you are prepared and confident as you build your business.
• Make 2023 the year of growing your business as you enjoy segments on advertising, invoicing, retainer agreements and refining your marketing skills.
Additional topics will be added so check back here for more!
