Hello Family Law Section members,
On
Friday, Jan. 25, NJICLE in cooperation with the Family Law Section will present the special 2019 Family Law Symposium
Friday evening program, Crafting Better Agreements from
6 to 8 p.m. at the
Hyatt Regency in New Brunswick. The Family Law Symposium will be held on Saturday, Jan. 26. If you are planning to attend, be sure to register for the Friday evening program as well.
Immediately following the program, please join us for a Cocktail reception sponsored by LEAP Legal Software.
Nearly all Family Part cases are resolved with a written Property Settlement Agreement. The negotiation and drafting of Property Settlement Agreements is an essential, if not critical, aspect of the practice. This seminar is a must attend event for all practitioners regardless of the level of their experience. A panel of lawyers will share actual language from agreements addressing not only the typical issues that arise in settlement, but those unique issues practitioners do not routinely encounter and are difficult to address.
Everyone attending will receive examples of actual language from agreements to utilize in their own cases. This is an extraordinary opportunity to take advantage of language developed over the years by experienced practitioners.
