Webinar - Labor Law for Local Government Attorneys

Labor and employment matters for New Jersey public employees are governed by a set of highly technical and specialized body of laws. Since municipal attorneys are often called upon to provide advice and counsel in this area, they must be conversant with the relevant laws and how they can impact different types of employees. Our instructive and convenient lunch time webinar, is designed specifically for busy municipal attorneys and features attorneys Eric Bernstein and Michael Witt, both of whom have extensive experience representing municipal entities in labor and employment matters. They will present a thorough and informative overview of the statutes, caselaw and regulations pertinent to public employees, as well as provide preventative, cost effective advice about handling specific types of situations and disputes.

NJ CLE information: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.0 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 2.0 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in matrimonial law.
